CONDITIONS TO FORMALIZE THE RESERVE: The advance payment of the first night of each of the rooms booked in case of lower stays to 4 nights.
For stays equal or higher to 4 = 40% of the total amount of the reserve.
NOTE: The contributed amounts as guarantee of your reserve are not given back in case of cancellation in lower or equal period to the 7 previous days to the date of check-in. (Law of Tourism of the Principality of Asturias)
Consult our applicable business tariffs during the low season (not available in Semana Santa and long weekends).
We have a meeting-room (20 people max.) equiped with tube-projector, screen, ADSL, stationery store, blackboard,...(to consult prices of rent).
Also we can to offer the coffee-break service, meals and suppers. And if you want any active tourism activity or a visit guided of Cudillero.
ACTIVE TOURISM: We can reserve Horse Routes, Quads, Bicycles or another type of activities as Canoe, Brave Waters (if the volume of the rivers allows it) and Paintball, depending on the weather and all of them organized by companies located in a radius of 35 km. (Luarca, Pravia...)
