From this beautiful place we will have the opportunity to sightsee simultaneously splendid sunsets while we admired the steep cliffs of our coast.
By a very narrow footpath we will be able to surround the lighthouse to admire from a considerable height as the waves break on rocks of Peña Doria and Gradas.

THE BRAÑAS VAQUEIRAS
They are the high villages where the “vaqueiros” lived, people dedicated to agriculture and cattle raising who were enough discriminated by the society of the time, as they say the inscriptions of slabs of the church of San Martin de Luiña: "no pasen de aquí a oir misa los vaqueiros".(the vaqueiros aren't allowed to hear mass from this point).
The most important groups of "brañas" are in the parish of San Martin. The majority is vacated but at the moment many of them are being reconstructed. From these villages we will be able to see the great blue and green contrasts that the sea and the mountain offer to our eyes.
THE "OCALITÓN"
It is a great eucalyptus of 9.5 m. of perimeter located in El Pito mounts. The access is on foot by a footpath that crosses the forest. There is no signaling, but it is not difficult to find it. When we arrived at him its size astonish us, mainly if we think about the amount of years that they have happened so that a species of that type reaches resemblance aspect.
THE BEACH OF SILENCE
It is one of the most beautiful beaches of our council. Due to the lack of accesses and parking, it isn't crowded and you'll be able to enjoy great stay in a half-wild state of great beauty.
It has form of shell, about 500 m. of length and it is mostly formed by boulders. So it is wrapped that their waters are in permanent barren.
VIEWS FROM THE CHAPELS
In our council two chapels of great tradition exist. In addition they are strategically located in each one of the ends, in the limits with Valdés and Muros del Nalón. From them the views are incredible: all the villages, the cliffs, the beaches. Santa Ana de Montarés is located in mounts of Cudillero and the pilgrims (26 of July) approached it to offer promises . San Roque “el pico”, located in mounts of Ballota, celebrates its patron saint the 16 of August. Before crowning the top where it is the chapel, a viewpoint exists from which the beautiful perspective of the bridge Pintor Fierros can be contemplated, the engineer installation that contains the greater arc of Spain.
